Below are examples of scheduling resources I created for a new hire training course I designed from scratch as a Senior Trainer at Full Sail University. The department made the decision to move to a modular style training format and hired me to design and deliver the content. I was able to design and publish this training class for new hires months before its originally projected "go live" date, which I'm very proud I was able to do.
Each module lasts for about an hour and a half, and the modules are designed and organized in a specific way to facilitate learning and to build on the content trained in the previous module. Since publishing the class, the feedback from department Hiring Managers has been that the new format is a huge success and drastic improvement from what the class was before I was hired to rebuild it.
